Haden Webster is the Founder and Managing Partner of HW Capital Group. With over six years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial strategy, Haden is a dynamic and results-driven leader. He specialises in executing high-value deals, optimising financial models, and driving operational efficiency.

Haden holds a strong academic background with an ongoing Executive MBA at Aston Business School, focusing on global leadership in finance. He studied Business and Finance from Warwick Business School and gained and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Wolverhampton, graduating with First-Class Honours.

His combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership experience positions him as a capable leader to navigate the complexities of acquisitions and operational improvements, ensuring long-term value creation for investors and businesses alike.
